Hawzah News Agency- In a message marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH), Ayatollah Arafi urged seminary scholars, preachers, and clerics to dedicate themselves to explaining the virtues and oppressed status of the Prophet's daughter.
He announced that higher-level seminary classes and specialized centers in Qom will be suspended from the 13th of Jumada al-Awwal until the end of the week (October 23–28) to allow seminary students and scholars to engage in jihadi and grassroots preaching efforts.

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
I offer my condolences to the noble people of Iran, the seminaries, prominent scholars, aware clerics, and vigilant preachers on the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH).
I hereby announce the suspension of higher-level and advanced seminary courses and specialized centers in Qom from the 13th of Jumada al-Awwal until the end of the week (October 23–28), in coordination with grand sources of emulation, the Supreme Council of Seminaries, and seminary institutions, so that esteemed seminary students and scholars may depart for jihadi and grassroots preaching. Arrangements for preaching programs and holidays in other provinces and first-level courses are delegated to relevant managers in coordination with the respected deputy.
1. The personality of the Lady of the Two Worlds is reflected in Quranic, narrative, historical, and Islamic heritage, and the great treasure she left behind reveals her unimaginable status. Understanding the depth of her personality is beyond anyone except the Infallible (PBUH). Her station is beyond comprehension and description, yet one must drink from the sea as much as one's thirst allows.
There is no doubt that drawing inspiration from her luminous conduct — she who is the manifestation of divine light, the intermediary of divine grace, the model for the Infallible Imams (PBUT) and all women and men of the world, and a great personality who spared no sacrifice in defending the guardianship — is essential. Explaining her stations, greatness, and the oppression she suffered, along with her words and pure conduct, especially during Fatimiyya, is the duty of seminarians, preachers, and clerics.
Therefore, it is fitting that the headquarters of clear proclamation, professors, scholars, orators, preachers, and seminary intellectuals — as soldiers guarding the fortress of religion and standard-bearers of preaching, explanation, and establishment of religion — alongside their academic and executive responsibilities, based on the noble verse: "That you stand up for God, in pairs and individually," form preaching groups, revitalize mosques and Fatimiyya ceremonies, and with a focus on "strengthening the presence of the people in the streets," pay special attention to explaining the scholarly, devotional, social, and political status of that unique lady, and launch another jihadi explanation campaign across the country.
2. It is clear that victory in the field of preaching and religious and revolutionary education depends on resolving people's problems, striving to reduce their suffering and pain, helping respected officials, and making fair and courageous demands of officials while maintaining unity and cohesion centered on the leadership of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei. Therefore, forming cores of continuous service to the people and youth is necessary. Respected officials at various levels must upgrade their actions in solving the country's problems and advancing it, and reduce people's problems, especially economic ones. The valiant nation and respected officials can, based on the culture and economy of resistance, guide the country through this sensitive stage.
3. Bravery and courage, resilience and resistance, vigilance and steadfastness, sacred unity and social cohesion, following Islam and the leadership — in a word, the culture of jihad and martyrdom — are irreplaceable assets of the valiant nation of Iran and the Axis of Resistance in passing through great dangers and moving toward a new Islamic civilization. On the path to the pride, power, and progress of dear Iran, and the victory of the Islamic ummah, the Iranian nation, and the beloved armed forces over the arrogant, world-devouring, and treaty-breaking American-Zionist enemies, every opportunity for explanation, preaching, education, and training — especially during Fatimiyya — must be used to consolidate this culture and discourse, and readiness for a smart confrontation with all challenges and difficult stages ahead must be enhanced.
4. In the current situation and in the face of cultural challenges, where the foundations of a healthy and progressive family and society and the values of hijab and chastity are exposed to storms, explaining the civilized, faithful, and chaste life of the First Lady of the World, Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH), is among the important duties of all people, especially pious women and pure girls, as well as clerical brothers and sisters and preachers. All media and virtual capacities, cultural and religious ceremonies, and various educational and preaching methods — as well as the opportunity of Fatimiyya — must be used to reduce moral, cultural, and social harms, and all responsible bodies must be called upon to find solutions and take legal action.
With greetings to the presence of the divine prophets, saints, and successors, especially the Seal of the Prophets (PBUH), Hazrat Baqiyatullah al-A'zam (may God hasten his reappearance), the late Imam (RA), and all martyrs of the third imposed war, particularly the martyred leader and Imam (RA), grand sources of emulation, the Supreme Leadership, the armed forces, and the Axis of Resistance — with wishes for the health, dignity, and pride of the resilient Iranian nation, the Islamic ummah, the guides of the ummah, and the precious clergy — it is hoped that all mourning ceremonies and efforts of those active in this field will be met with the special attention and grace of the Almighty.
